1.      נהג כאילו הנהגים מסביבך הוציאו עליך חוזה אצל משפחת אברג'יל.

2.      רכבים "מסוכנים": רכב אדום/שחור, ב.מ.וו, מוניות, אוטובוסים, רכב עם סאב וופר מתפקע, רכב ליסינג (מה אכפת, העבודה מכסה תאונה בשנה), רכב עם גג נפתח פתוח, ג'יפ האמר שחור, ג'יפ האמר צהוב, גיפ... טוב, כול רכב 4על4 , משאיות בטון, משאיות סמי/פול טריילר, משאיות עם מכולות פסולת בנין, מכוניות עם הרבה מדבקות, רכב בלי אנטנת סלולרי, רכב עם הרבה דפיקות פח (עוד אחת עם המוח שלך לא תשנה), רכב שכור...

3.      כול שינוי גוון של הכביש שאינו אספלט שהונח לפני שבוע דינו ככתם שמן!

4.      חול על הכביש = סאנד-בורדינג.

5.      עצור = עצור לגמרי אבל תסתכל במראה שהדביל בלי הדיבורית עם הרכב השכור מאחוריך גם עוצר.

6.      כאשר אתה עוקף פקק עקוף מהשוליים (עדיף השמאליים) כדי שיהיה רק דביל אחד ותהיה קרוב למראה שבה הוא מסתכל.

7.      אם אתה מגיע לפניה שמאלה נהג כאילו הרכב בנתיב לידך יחתוך אותך ויפנה בלי להסתכל.

8.      כשאתה מגיע לצומת נהג כאילו כול המכוניות שבאות מכול כיוון מתמודדות על המדליה ב"הטלת רוכבי אופנוע".הניקוד הוא לשמשה - 10 נק', לדלת 20 נק', על האספלט 5 נק'.

9.      הולכי רגל לא אוהבים ללכת על המדרכה – הם אוהבים לקפוץ על רוכבי אופנוע.

10.  מוניות עוצרות סתם ככה באמצע הכביש אם הנהג רואה מישהו במרחק 3 ק"מ שמרים יד.

11.  רכבים חונים פותחים לעצמם את הדלתות – ותמיד רק בצד של הכביש.12.  אין הגיון במזרח התיכון (משל הקרפדה והעקרב) – וזה תקף שבעתיים לנהגים בארץ.

A year ago, when I understood what I wanted to do when I grow up, I started thinking about models in business development and how to implement my vision of my business.
I found some traditional models but they were too generic and did not fit the personal look and feel I wanted to give to my work.
Then I dug deeper and looked at other resources. I discovered interesting models such as doron habshush's model of modular consulting, and other models that are interesting, contemporary and tailored to SMB.
But at the end of the day none were exactly what I was looking for, so I started thinking about other ways of getting to my perfect model. I love Clint Eastwood films and since I was a child watched them vigorously. I especially like the fact that each character he portrays interacts and refers to an earlier character and sort of builds on it.
So I developed the Clint Eastwood business development model.
Where does it start?
It all starts with the "Man with No Name" - the character he played in Sergio Leone's"Dollars Trilogy". The same is true in business development: First get out there and start networking. At this stage you will not have a "name" - you need to go to every meeting/networking event/breakfast you can.
Start mingling and be very open about yourself. People do business with people, so be nice.
You should also help as much as you can. Even at this stage your small network of connections is valuable, because it’s unique to you and conforms with the "world" you operate in.
Offer it to anyone you meet and start building a network. Use the excellent tools that now exist for building a network, such as
LinkedIn or Facebook, or any other tool that helps you document and save the network.
Do this for a while and then start implementing stage 2 – which you’ll find out about in the next post...
